Treasury Services

Treasury Services is a unit of Financial Services that supports the collection, management, and stewardship of University funds, investments and other resources. Below are the specific functions of the department:

Office of the Bursar operations, including cashier, student accounts/collections, and eCommerce/Merchant Services functions;
Foundation accounting services for the University’s affiliated entities;
Investments, including the management of endowment assets and administration of these funds in accordance with established guidelines;
Trust fund management, debt, and compliance, including guidance to campus departments on the use of the University’s institutional funds, and oversight of the University’s debt portfolio to minimize the cost of capital in support of the University’s strategic plan.
